Success Focus Group
30 minute class, $5

This Focus Group is a dynamic way to take a step every week in the direction of success, whether you are wanting to increase your abundance, improve your relationships, develop a skill or just simply experience success in whatever you do. We spend the a few minutes in discussion talking about the previous weeks ups & downs. The remaining time is spent using guided imagery and group hypnosis to create the changes at the innermost levels of your mind. Over the course of a few weeks you will gather tools and momentum to really experience life the way you want to. Seriously—you will amaze yourself!
Hypnosis is used to release internal blocks, tap into inner wisdom, provide internal structure, balance your energy and access internal processes to provide buoyancy in your life and move you in the direction you want to go.
