Join regularly scheduled classes at Mind/Body Connections
You are welcome to come to any class that has an opening.  You may choose to come weekly, occasionally or just to try it out.  Please call for dates and availability.

The Details
  • Classes are 40 minutes.
  • Cost is $10 per class.
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothes.
  • We will be barefoot or in socks.
  • You do not have to be fit or flexible, but you may become both as a result of this class.
  • Class size is limited to 12, please call to reserve your spot.
  • Classes are in the movement room at Mind/Body Connections, Lake Geneva, WI


Class Schedule
Currently we have classes scheduled for Saturday and Tuesday mornings at 9 am.  If you are interested in attending, you are welcome to come to any class that has open space.  Please call to register.  Also, we will be adding more classes as needed, so don’t hesitate to let us know if there is a time or day that works for you and I will see what I can do to build a class around it!

Moving the Mojo is great to do with your own group - whether it's family, girls get-away, bridal shower, office recharging time, corporate retreat or just something you'd like to get some people together to experience!
